Euphemia Senar, or Phem for short, is lovingly known as “Phemalicious” in CrossFit Raeda, where she trains. Coming from a body building background she has turned more to Weightlifting and CrossFit performance this year, and has made huge progress with her strength.
Having recently qualified as a Level 1 CrossFit coach, she is now leading some sessions at Raeda, and has also completed the Greenwood Weightlifting course.
As well as taking on qualifications to become a CrossFit and Weightlifting coach, Euphemia has also just recently finished her University studies towards becoming a science teacher. All of this, and she somehow also finds the time to be a loving mum to her children, supporting them at football matches and more, and wife to husband, Tim.

Falling off the rig trying to do TTB (toes to bar) and landing on a cupboard. Ouch!
